Inspections

ONTRAX is one of the few independent companies outside of the main plant and construction machinery manufacturers and distributors that can offer a full machine inspection service, utilising a team of fully experienced and well respected plant inspectors.

Different types of inspection are available depending on the solution required.

ONTRAX Physical Asset check

This service involves locating and physically checking machinery, noting the main machine identification details (make, model, serial number, etc) and visual condition.

ONTRAX Monitoring Check

A specific circumstance or pre-determined physical inspection on the condition or the existence of an individual piece or fleet of machinery.

ONTRAX Machine Inspection

If an accurate valuation is required then this is a more detailed inspection option, an interim level report that establishes the main details of the machine and its mechanical and main item condition.

ONTRAX Full Machine Inspection

This is a comprehensive and thorough check of the machine and all of its major components. This would be recommended for large or high value items. 

 

 

Machine Inspections and Full Machine Inspections are available during Physical Asset and Monitoring Checks, according to customer requirements and machine availability.
