The future application of an asset or fleet of assets can be very different from its past, causing unpredictable changes in condition and value.  Whilst an inspection and valuation could have been carried out only last year, today that equipment could look very different.  Maintenance and usage within manufacturer's guidelines is crucial in maximising value and minimising risk.

As part of the Asset Management package we will perform regular, cost-effective inspections and valuations on your behalf, at intervals agreed with you.  This regular monitoring of a machine's wellbeing as well as auditing its existence and state of completeness with all its parts and accessories, provides guarantees of the asset's existence or value at any point in time. This has the added bonus of revisiting that information at any point in the future, to assist disposal or reflect on the risk profile of future transactions.
